• We do not provide refunds. Only size exchanges are accepted. We cannot or don’t accept footwear being returned due to style issues.
    • Products bought in/during Sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Unless specify by us. In case of return, customers has to self – ship the package at our head office also, also all revers shipping charges will be born by customer only.
    • No exchange or replacement will be offered for a product for size or style, once its been verified and confirmed via Email/WhatsApp/Call by the customer.
    • In some cases, we may accept product replacement for sizes exceeding, however all costs for such a replacement including manufacturing, shipping/courier will be borne fully by the customer.
    • Return items will undergo through quality check. In case of failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed will be provided in such case.
    • In case of the damaged package received, we request you to not to accept the package and send it back with a delivery person.     • Please Note, all/any customized or made to measure orders are not eligible for returns, exchange, or price adjustments.
    • In case of return of order, the footwear must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories including the shoebox which is considered a part of the product and shoes returned without it may be sent back to the customer.
    • No cash refunds will be provided for any goods sold.
    • If we are not informed about any returns or customer failing to inform us about or before returning the package, we will return such order to the sender as we cannot accept responsibility for such returns.
    • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. No exchange requests will be accepted for minor discrepancies in colors due to the reasons specified above.
    • A request for cancellation of an order will be accepted only if it is / they are made within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted if the orders is already been processed or placed beyond 24 hours from placing the order. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
    • Kindly note Sole Weavers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
    • All footwear at Sole Weavers is manufactured using non-leather material. We suggest not to wear them in water or around water areas.
    • We request you to store them in a shoe bag. As varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the footwear including the accessories that come with it.
    • We request customers to always dry your feet before wearing your footwear. Wet or moist feet can lead to minor damages in the footwear. Which will make difficult for us to return/replace the footwear in case.
    • Our footwear does not come with a warranty. The life of the same simply depends upon the wear and tear of the product.
    • In case any minor repairing is required, we will repair the product at our cost only once within three months of the delivery. Whatever shipping charges will be involved, same will be born by customers only.
    • Returns will not be accepted due delay in shipping due to COVID pandemic or bad weather conditions or National holidays.
